RETURN POLICY
About the Policy:
All sales are final. No returns only exchange available. We offer to exchange an item only if the order is faulty, or if the product has a defect or problem.
How does it work?
Within 10 days of receipt of the product if you are unsatisfied with the product and want to exchange it then simply
Chat with our customer care team and inform regarding the same.
The customer care team will arrange a return shipment for you (Please send the original packaging, wrapped safely to avoid any damage in transit).
Please note shipping amount worth Rs.150 will be deducted from your purchase amount.
Post receiving the return package our Quality Assurance team will check the product.
After the returned product is approved by our team we go ahead and ship the exchange product to you.
Please Note:
Customised jewelery (including personalised/ Custom design products) are not eligible for an exchange/returns.
Exchange/returns due to incorrect size provided by the customer will not be accepted - if you're unsure about your ring size get in touch with our experts at +91 9137289887 they will guide you well.
Any item that shows sign of Damage/Wear & Tear/ ALTERED in any way will not be covered under the exchange policy.
The product should be accompanied by the original product and packaging to be covered under the exchange policy.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are available on all products, provided it is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be issued to the customer - within 24 - 48 hours.
Resizing:

If you want to resize your ring, the company will resize it for you at an additional cost of INR 250/-
except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.

The customer is required to prepay a shipping charge of INR 250/- to initiate the process.

Repairs + Plating:

Any repairs/re-polish services required within 30 days of purchase is free of charge.

Any repairs/re-polish services required after 30 days of purchase is subject to a repair fee. The fee depends on the nature of repair as well as the material availability. The customer will also have to prepay a shipping charge of INR 250 to initiate the process.

In order to maintain the jewelry please follow the jewelry care instructions thoroughly.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All our products are custom made to your required size and plating options and are estimated to require 8-10 days
for production. It takes 2-5 days to receive the product from the time of dispatch.

All tracking and courier details will be provided to the customer post Dispatch.
Mirelle is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available
for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company.
